This week is my last post for 

it's the end of my second term as DT and there are
some personal reasons for this, but I can tell you that it has been
a real pleasure to share with you every week.
Also with a very talented group of ladies,
thanks to Lori and Sheri for letting
me be part of their Team!

Hi, to all!

This weeks Mami Doodles challenge is 

"White on white (with a splash of colour)"

For this card I used the "Lara with Flowers" image.

colored with Copics.  Sentiment is from Michaels $1bin.

Used a MFT die for the lovely flowers, Spellbinders doily die,

Marianne designs flourish, 

and PaperStudio hearts embossing pad. Pearls.

This challenge will run until  Thursday the 26th of January, midday GMT. 

The prize will be (Double Bed, Peter and the Pudding and Baby's First Christmas),

Yarn and Felt Wreath

Hi, to All!

Today I have a project prepared a few months ago

It's a lovely yarn and felt wreath 

that's placed at the door of my

scraproom.

Take a look!

A few months ago I visited a very good friend

that moved recently to Florida.

We went to the Southern Women Fair in Orlando and

saw this wonderful project there.

Then we got together and started creating 

and this is the result.  Love it!!

All flowers are hand-cut from several felt colors.

The wreath is made of straw and covered completely with yarn.

Try Something New!

Today is my first post as DT for the 7 Kids Challenge Blog!

I am very happy to be part of their team and the challenge for this week

is to Try Something New.
 Just use a new technique, idea, or product.  

Here's the card I made for this challenge

Coloring with my copics on kraft paper was really

something new for me to try.

It's a little bit tricky because the usual colors 

might not work, I had to use darker shades to 

get through the dark paper.

Liked the result, although not really happy 

...just have to keep practicing.

flowers from Kaisercraft, and the sentiment is made up

using my computer. Papers are from the Love Me and Fun Day Col 

from My Minds Eye. Other: old heart button, small black brads.
